How To Complete and Submit the Referral Form For Deal Partnership

When submitting the Property Profile form to Allied Development (“AD”), make sure of the following:

  • Property Profile form is complete
  • You have been in communication with the property owner and they are open-minded and willing to sell
  • Property meets AD’s development criteria

If AD executes an agreement with the property owner, AD agrees to pay you 10% of AD’s profit on the transaction. This assumes it is not a rare case of a property AD was already in contact with the owner, which case AD will communicate such conflict upon submittal of the Property Profile form.

Please note that AD is looking for Off-Market properties. It is very unlikely that AD will be interested in a property that is for sale on the open market.

First study the example form (below) for the kind of information we require to make a decision. The more detailed you can fill out this form, the better for both of us and it will expedite the process.

  1. View Example Document in MS Word or on Google Docs
  2. Fill out the property profile referral form at the bottom of the page
  3. Once you submit the form, we will follow up with you within 7 business days and begin the steps in potentially partnering on this deal.

It’s important to understand that not every referral submitted will be ideal for development. When we see a property that won’t work, we will explain why.

In a previous module you should have viewed the interview with Toni, the Land Prospecting Specialist at Allied Development, where she went through how to complete the property profile template.

Here is a replay of that video for reference and she begins covering the property profile referral sheet at minute 14:15 (in case you’d like to skip ahead)
